And in that day you shall say, I [will] bless You, O Lord; for You were angry with me, but You have turned aside Your wrath, and have pitied me.

Rejoice, O daughter of Zion; cry aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem; rejoice and delight yourself with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.

At that time the Lord shall say to Jerusalem, Be of good courage, Zion; let not your hands be slack.

And I will gather your afflicted ones. Alas! Who has taken up a reproach against her?

And [their enemies] shall be ashamed at that time, when I shall deal well with you, and at the time when I shall receive you: for I will make you honored and a praise among all the nations of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before you, says the Lord.

Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, and those who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will wail because of Him. Even so, Amen!.

After these things I heard as [it were] a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, "Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God!

And a second [one] said, "Hallelujah! Her smoke goes up forever and ever!"

Then a voice came from the throne, saying, "Praise our God, all His servants and those who fear Him, both small and great!"

Let us rejoice and be exceedingly glad, and let us give Him glory, for the wedding of the Lamb has come, and His wife has prepared herself."

And [one] shall say, I will wait for God, who has turned away His face from the house of Jacob, and I will trust in Him.

For the way of the Lord is judgment; we have hoped in Your name, and on the remembrance [of You],

which our soul longs for; my spirit seeks You very early in the morning, O God, for Your commandments are a light on the earth; learn righteousness, you that dwell upon the earth.

And the Lord will again wait, that He may pity you, and will therefore be exalted that He may have mercy upon you; because the Lord your God is a Judge; blessed are they that wait on Him.

For the holy people shall dwell in Zion; and [whereas] Jerusalem has wept bitterly, [saying], Pity me; He shall pity you; when He heard the voice of your cry, He hearkened to you.

waiting for the salvation of the Lord.

Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and let your heart be strengthened; yea, wait on the Lord!

Disclose Your way to the Lord, and trust in Him; and He shall bring [it] to pass.

Submit yourself to the Lord, and make supplication to Him; do not fret because of him that prospers in his way, at the man that does unlawful deeds.

For the end, A Psalm of David to Jeduthun. Shall not my soul be subjected to God? For from Him is my salvation.

For He is my God, and my savior; my helper, I shall not be greatly moved.

Nevertheless, my soul is subjected to God; for of Him [is] my patient hope.

In God [is] my salvation and my glory; [He is] the God of my help, and my hope is in God.

But I will look to the Lord; I will wait upon God my Savior: my God will hearken to me.

And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon, and this man was just and devout, waiting for the Consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him.

he took Him up in his arms and blessed God and said:

for my eyes have seen Your salvation

And not only that, but also [we] ourselves having the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting adoption, the redemption of our body.

But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly await it with endurance.

looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,

looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens, being set of fire, shall be dissolved, and the elements, burning with heat, shall melt?

He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming quickly." Amen. Yes, come, Lord Jesus!

Behold, my God is my Savior; I will trust in Him, and not be afraid; for the Lord is my glory and my praise, and has become my salvation.

And in that day you shall say, sing to the Lord, call aloud upon His name, proclaim His glorious [deeds] among the Gentiles; make mention that His name is exalted.

Exalt and rejoice, you that dwell in Zion; for the Holy One of Israel is exalted in the midst of her.

Rejoice, O Jerusalem, and all you that love her hold in her a general assembly; rejoice greatly with her, all that [now] mourn over her;

For thus says the Lord: Behold, I turn toward them as a river of peace, and as a torrent bringing upon them in a flood the glory of the Gentiles; their children shall be borne upon the shoulders, and comforted on the knees.

And you shall see, and your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall thrive like grass; and the hand of the Lord shall be known to them that fear Him, and He shall threaten the disobedient.

that I may declare all Your praises in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in Your salvation.

We will rejoice in Your salvation, and in the name of our God shall we be magnified: May the Lord fulfill all your petitions.

For the end, A Psalm of David. O Lord, the king shall rejoice in Your strength; and in Your salvation he shall greatly exalt.

The praise of a Song by David. Come, let us rejoice in the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to God our Savior.

A Psalm for Thanksgiving. Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth.

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; proclaim it aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem; behold, your King is coming to you, righteous, and [your] Savior; He is meek and riding on a donkey, a young foal of a donkey.

through whom also we have had access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

And not only that, but we also rejoice in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces endurance;

Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord. For me to write the same things to you is not troublesome, but for you it is safe.

For we are the [true] circumcision, worshipping by the Spirit of God, rejoicing in Christ Jesus, and having no confidence in the flesh,

In which you greatly rejoice, [though for] a little while now, if need be, you have been distressed by various trials,

Whom not having seen, you love, in whom now not seeing, but believing, you rejoice with inexpressible joy and glorified,
