Because there is no contradiction made on the part of those who are quick to do evil, therefore the heart of the children of men is fully determined in them to do evil.

[ 6:6] And the Lord God, having seen that the wicked actions of men were multiplied upon the earth, and that everyone in his heart was intently brooding over evil continually,

And the Lord God smelled an aroma of sweetness, and the Lord God having considered, said, I will never again curse the earth, because of the works of men, because the imagination of man is intently bent upon evil things from his youth, I will never again smite all living flesh as I have done.

Alas then, abominable and unclean is man, drinking unrighteousness as a draught.

For behold, I was conceived in iniquities, and in sins did my mother conceive me.

The heart is deep beyond all things, and it constitutes the man, and who can know him?

For out of the heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.

These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man."

For from within, out of the heart of men, come forth evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

All these evil things come from within and defile a man."

having been filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, greed, malice; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness; they are whisperers,

without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful;

For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, being deceived, being enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

And my heart knew much- wisdom, knowledge, parables and understanding: I perceived that this also is grasping for the wind.

I and my heart went round about to know, and to examine, and to seek wisdom, and the account [of things], and to know the folly and trouble and madness of the ungodly man.

But they were filled with fury, and they were discussing with one another what they might do to Jesus.

But having come to himself, he said, 'How many of my father's hired servants have an abundance of bread, and I am perishing with hunger!

And I punished them often in all the synagogues, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly enraged against them, I persecuted them even as far as to foreign cities.

Now as he spoke these things, Festus said with a loud voice, "You are mad, Paul! Your higher learning is driving you to madness!"

but he was rebuked for his own lawlessness: a dumb donkey speaking with the voice of a man restrained the madness of the prophet.

[before] the dust also return to the earth as it was, and the spirit return to God who gave it.

The ungodly shall be driven away in his wickedness, but he who is secure in his own holiness is just.

Then immediately an angel of the Lord struck him, because he did not give glory to God. And becoming eaten by worms, he died.
