The fear of the Lord hates unrighteousness, insolence, pride, and the ways of wicked men; and I hate the perverse ways of bad men.

Moreover there are three things impossible for me to comprehend, and the fourth I know not:

By three things the earth is troubled, and for four it cannot bear:

And there are four very little things upon the earth, but these are wiser than the wise:

And there are three things which go well, and a fourth which passes along finely:

And the Lord said, For three sins of Damascus, and for four, I will not turn away from it, because they sawed with iron saws the women with child of the Gileadites.

Thus says the Lord; For three sins of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away from them, because they took prisoners the captivity of Solomon, to shut [them] up into Edom.

Thus says the Lord; For three transgressions of Tyre, and for four, I will not turn away from it, because they shut up the prisoners of Solomon into Edom, and remembered not the covenant of brethren.

Thus says the Lord; For three sins of Edom, and for four, I will not turn away from them, because they pursued their brother with the sword, and destroyed the mother upon the earth, and summoned up his anger for a testimony, and kept up his fury to the end.

Thus says the Lord; For three sins of Moab, and for four, I will not turn away from it, because they burnt the bones of the king of Edom to lime.

Thus says the Lord; For three sins of the children of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away from him, because they have rejected the law of the Lord, and have not kept His ordinances, and their vain [idols] which they made, which their fathers followed, caused them to err.

Thus says the Lord; for three sins of Israel, and for four, I will not turn away from him, because they sold the righteous for silver, and the poor for sandals,

For every transgressor is unclean before the Lord, neither does he sit among the righteous.

False balances are an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is acceptable unto Him.

Perverse ways are an abomination to the Lord, but all they that are blameless in their ways are acceptable to Him.

The sacrifices of the ungodly are an abomination to the Lord, but the prayers of them that walk honestly are acceptable to Him.

The ways of an ungodly man are an abomination to the Lord, but He loves those that follow after righteousness.

He that pronounces the unjust just, and the just unjust, is unclean and abominable before God.

Diverse weights and diverse measures, both of them are an abomination before the Lord, and so is he that makes them.

A double weight is an abomination to the Lord, and a deceitful balance is not good in His sight.

There shall not be found in you one who purges his son or his daughter with fire, or one who uses divination, or [one] who deals with omens, or a sorcerer

For everyone that does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God; for because of these abominations the Lord shall destroy them from before your face.

You shall not bring the hire of a harlot, nor the price of a dog into the house of the Lord your God, for any vow, because even both are an abomination to the Lord your God.

the former husband who sent her away shall not be able to return and take her to himself for a wife, after she has been defiled; because it is an abomination before the Lord your God, and you shall not defile the land which the Lord your God gives you to inherit.

For everyone that does this [is] an abomination to the Lord your God, even everyone that does injustice.

But there shall by no means enter into it any common [thing], and the [one] doing an abomination and a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.

The Lord tests the righteous and the ungodly: and he that loves unrighteousness hates his own soul.
