You shall not add to the word which I command you, and you shall not take from it: keep the commandments of the Lord our God, all that I command you this day.

Every word that I command you this day, you shall observe to do: you shall not add to it, nor diminish from it.

I testify to everyone hearing the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to them, may God add to him the plagues having been written in this book.

And if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, may God take away his part from the tree of Life, and from the holy city, [and from] the things having been written in this book.

Do you not speak before the Lord, and utter deceit before Him?

For [it were] well if He would thoroughly search you: for though doing all things [in your power] you should attach yourselves to Him,

And we are found [to be] false witnesses of God, because we bore witness concerning God, that He raised Christ, whom He did not raise--if in fact the dead are not raised.
