For by the hearing of these a wise man will be wiser, and a man of understanding will gain direction;

Give therefore to Your servant a heart to hear and to judge Your people justly, and to discern between good and evil: for who will be able to judge this Your great people?

How I have loved Your law, O Lord! It is my meditation all the day.

I have more understanding than all my teachers; for Your testimonies are my meditation.

How sweet are Your oracles to my taste! More so than honey to my mouth!
