Some wound as they speak, like swords, but the tongues of the wise heal.

Good words are [like] honeycombs, and the sweetness thereof is a healing of the soul.

But to you that fear My name shall the Sun of righteousness arise, and healing [shall be] in His wings: and you shall go forth, and bound as young calves let loose from bonds.

She is a tree of life to all that lay hold of her, and she is a secure help to all that stay themselves on her, as on the Lord.

[ 3:23] And God said, Behold, Adam has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, lest at any time he stretch forth his hand, and take of the tree of life and eat, and so he shall live forever-

Fear casts down the slothful, and the souls of the effeminate shall hunger.

A wise servant calms a man's anger, but who can endure a faint-hearted man?

The words of a talebearer are soft; but they strike even to the inmost parts of the bowels.

your tongue has devised unrighteousness; like a sharpened razor you have worked deceit.

You have loved all words of destruction, [and] a deceitful tongue.

Deliver me, for I am poor and needy; and my heart is troubled within me.
