Go, speak to the children of Israel, saying, I am the Lord; and I will lead you forth from the tyranny of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from bondage, and I will ransom you with a high arm, and great judgment.

And all the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, stretching out My hand upon Egypt, and I will bring out the children of Israel from the midst of them.

For now I will stretch forth My hand and smite you and kill your people, and you shall be consumed from off the earth.

Therefore, [as] I live, says the Lord, I will reign over you with a strong hand, and with a high arm, and with outpoured wrath.

And I will harden the heart of Pharaoh, and I will multiply My signs and wonders in the land of Egypt.

And Moses went forth from Pharaoh with great anger. And the Lord said to Moses, Pharaoh will not heed you, that I may greatly multiply My signs and wonders in the land of Egypt.

[Or] did God [ever] try to go and take for Himself a nation out of the midst of [another] nation by trials, by signs, by wonders, by war, by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, and by great sights, according to all the things which the Lord our God did in Egypt in your sight?

And the Lord did great signs and wonders in Egypt, on Pharaoh and on his house before us.

And You showed signs and wonders in Egypt, on Pharaoh and all his servants, and on all the people of his land; for You knew that they behaved insolently against them; and You made Yourself a name, as it is this day.

He established among them His signs, and [His] wonders in the land of Ham.

wondrous [works] in the land of Ham, and awesome things at the Red Sea.

Who struck the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast.

He sent signs and wonders into the midst of you, O Egypt, on Pharaoh, and on all his servants.

And the Lord shall smite the Egyptians with a stroke, and shall completely heal them; and they shall return to the Lord, and He shall hear them, and thoroughly heal them.

who has wrought signs and wonders in the land of Egypt even to this day, and in Israel, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and You made for Yourself a name, as it is this day;

and You brought out Your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great sights;

He led them out, and did wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and at the Red Sea, and in the wilderness forty years.

Then the high priest said, "Are these things so?"

and said to him, 'Go out from your land and from your relatives, and come to a land which I will show you.'

And He gave him no inheritance in it, not even a place to put his foot on, and He promised to give it to him for a possession, and to his descendants after him, though he had no child.

'And the nation which they will serve, I will judge,' said God, 'and after these things they will come out and serve Me in this place.'

"And the patriarchs, being jealous of Joseph, sold him into Egypt; and God was with him,

And a famine came over all the land of Egypt and Canaan, and great affliction, and our fathers could find no provisions..

And the second [visit] Joseph was made known to his brothers, and Joseph's family became known to Pharaoh.

And all these your servants shall come down to me, and reverence me, saying, Go forth, you and all the people over whom you presided, and afterwards I will go forth.

And Pharaoh called Moses and Aaron by night, and said to them, Rise and depart from my people, both you and the children of Israel. Go and serve the Lord your God, even as you say.

And they baked the dough which they brought out of Egypt, unleavened cakes, for it had not been leavened; for the Egyptians cast them out, and they could not remain, neither did they prepare provision for themselves for the journey.

And the nation whom they shall serve I will judge; and after this, they shall come forth with much property.

And the Lord sent a prophet to the children of Israel; and he said to them, Thus says the Lord God of Israel: I am He that brought you up out of the land of Egypt, and I brought you up out of the house of your bondage.

And he took the elders of the city with the thorns of the wilderness and the Barkenim, and with them he tore the men of the city.

O Lord, Your arm is exalted, yet they knew it not; but when they know they shall be ashamed; jealously shall seize upon an untaught nation, and now fire shall devour the adversaries.

Egypt rejoiced at their departing; for the fear of them fell upon them.
