And he said to me, What do you see? And I said, I have seen, and behold a lampstand of solid gold, with a bowl upon it, and seven lamps upon it, and seven oil funnels to the lamps upon it.

John, to the seven churches [which are] in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Him who is, and who was, and who is coming, and from the seven-fold Spirit who is before His throne,

And there I turned to see the voice which was speaking with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands,

The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands which you saw are the seven churches.

"To the angel of the church of Ephesus write, 'These things says He that holds the seven stars in His right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lampstands:

And from the throne proceeded lightnings and voices and thunders. And seven torches of fire [were] burning before His throne, which are seven spirits of God;

in the tabernacle of the testimony, outside the veil that is before the [ark of the] Covenant, shall Aaron and his sons burn it from evening until morning, before the Lord- it is a perpetual ordinance throughout your generations of the children of Israel.

And when Aaron lights the lamps in the evening, he shall burn incense upon it; a constant incense offering always before the Lord for their generations.

Command the children of Israel, and let them take for you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to burn a lamp continually,

You shall burn the lamps on the pure lampstand before the Lord till the morning.

they sacrifice to the Lord whole burnt offerings, morning and evening, and compound incense, and [set] the showbread on the pure table; and [there is] the golden lampstand, and the lamps for burning, to light in the evening; for we keep the charge of the Lord God of our fathers; but you have forsaken Him.

And he put the lampstand into the tabernacle of witness, on the side of the tabernacle toward the south.

Speak to Aaron, and you shall say to him, Whenever you shall set the lamps in order, the seven lamps shall give light opposite the lampstand.

Your law is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my paths.

For the commandment of the law is a lamp and a light; a way of life; reproof also and correction:

For He has given the law for a help, that they should not speak according to this word, concerning which there are no gifts to give for it.

You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.

to give light to them that sit in darkness and [in] the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace."

That was the true Light which lightens every man coming into the world.

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He that follows Me shall by no means walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."

Why was this perfume not sold for three hundred denarii and given to the poor?"

to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the authority of Satan to God, [in order for] them to receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.'

The city had no need of the sun nor of the moon to shine, for the very glory of God illuminated it, and its lamp is the Lamb.

And its gates shall by no means be closed by day, for night shall not exist there.

And night shall not exist. and there [shall] not [be a] need of a lamp and of light, because the Lord God shall illuminate them. And they shall reign forever and ever.
