I said to the Lord, You are my Lord; my goodness is nothing apart from You.

But I hoped in You, O Lord; I said, You are my God.

You have guided me by Your counsel, and You have taken me to Yourself with glory.

My heart and my flesh have failed; [but] God [is the strength] of my heart, and God is my portion forever.

This will I lay up in my heart, therefore I will endure.

He has restored my soul; He has guided me into the paths of righteousness, for His name's sake.

Yea, though I walk in the midst of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

The meek will He guide in judgment; the meek will He teach His ways.

You have guided me by Your counsel, and You have taken me to Yourself with glory.

I walk in ways of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment;

and your God shall be with you continually, and you shall be satisfied according as your soul desires; and your bones shall be made fat, and shall be as a well-watered garden, and as a fountain [from] which the water has not failed.

However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own [authority], but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will announce to you things to come.
