O God, I have declared my life to You; You have set my tears before You, even according to Your promise.

The pangs of death compassed me; the dangers of hell found me; I found affliction and sorrow.

If by any means the Lord may look upon my affliction, thus shall He return me good for his cursing this day.

Turn back, and you shall say to Hezekiah the ruler of My people, Thus says the Lord God of your father David: I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; behold, I will heal you; on the third day you shall go up to the house of the Lord.

[ 16:21] Let my supplication come to the Lord, and let my eye weep before Him.

who, in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up both prayers and supplications, with strong crying and tears to the [One] who was able to save Him from death, and was heard because of His fear of God,

I am a stranger in the earth; hide not Your commandments from me.

Your statutes were my sons in the place of my sojourning.

And the land shall not be sold for a permanence; for the land is Mine, because you are strangers and sojourners before Me.

for we are strangers before You, and sojourners, as all our fathers [were]; our days upon the earth [are] as a shadow, and there is no remaining.

Therefore always being confident, and knowing that while we are in the body, we are away from home from the Lord

These all died according to faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off and welcoming [them], and confessing that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one's work, pass the time of your sojourning [here] in fear;

Beloved, I implore you as sojourners and pilgrims, to abstain from the lusts of the flesh which war against the soul;

And Jacob said to Pharaoh, The days of the years of my life, wherein I sojourn, are one hundred and thirty years; few and evil have been the days of the years of my life, they have not attained to the days of the life of my fathers, in which days they sojourned.
