And I will go in to the altar of God, to God who gladdens my youth; I will give thanks to You on the harp, O God, my God.

Let my meditation be sweet to Him, and I will rejoice in the Lord.

For the end, A Psalm of David. O Lord, the king shall rejoice in Your strength; and in Your salvation he shall greatly exalt.

You have granted him the desire of his soul, and have not withheld from him the request of his lips. Pause.

He will perform the desire of them that fear Him: and He will hear their supplication, and save them.

If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what ever you may desire, and it shall be done for you.

You did not choose Me, but I chose you, and appointed you, that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, so that whatever you may ask the Father in My name He may give to you.

And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we should ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

And if we know that He hears us, whatever we may ask, we know that we have the requests that we have requested from Him.
