Direct my steps in Your paths, that my steps slip not.

Righteousness shall go before Him; and shall make His footsteps [our] pathway.

Order my steps according to Your word; and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

Let not your foot be moved; and let not your keeper slumber.

The Lord shall keep your coming in, and your going out, from this time forth and forever.

granting his petition to him that prays; and He blesses the years of the righteous, for by strength cannot man prevail.

And I will go forth according to His commandments, for I have kept His ways; and I shall not turn aside from His commandments,

neither shall I transgress; but I have hid His words in my bosom.

[ 16:5C] All of the works of the Lord [are done] with righteousness, and the ungodly [man] is kept for the evil day.

I know, O Lord, that man's way is not his own; neither shall a man go, and direct his going.

And He brought me up out of a pit of misery, and from miry clay; and He set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps.

Make straight paths for your feet, and order your ways rightly.

He will not take pleasure in the strength of a horse; neither is He well-pleased with the legs of a man.

False balances are an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is acceptable unto Him.

Perverse ways are an abomination to the Lord, but all they that are blameless in their ways are acceptable to Him.

but let him that boasts boast in this: the understanding and knowing that I am the Lord that exercises mercy, and judgment, and righteousness upon the earth; for in these things is My pleasure, says the Lord.

But do not forget the doing of good and generosity, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
