You have granted him the desire of his soul, and have not withheld from him the request of his lips. Pause.

Delight [yourself] in the Lord, and He shall grant you the desires of your heart.

He will perform the desire of them that fear Him: and He will hear their supplication, and save them.

All the desire of the righteous is good, but the hope of the ungodly shall perish.

And all things, as many as you may ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive."

And I knew that You always hear Me, but because of the people standing around I said [this], so that they may believe that You sent Me."

And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you.

But He that searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes on behalf of the saints according to [the will] [of] God.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.

And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we should ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

And if we know that He hears us, whatever we may ask, we know that we have the requests that we have requested from Him.
