Let them that rejoice in my righteousness exalt and be glad; and let them say continually, The Lord be magnified, who desires the peace of His servant.

For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; and will exalt the meek with salvation.

Perverse ways are an abomination to the Lord, but all they that are blameless in their ways are acceptable to Him.

Charms are false, and woman's beauty is vain: for it is a wise woman that is blessed, and let her praise the fear the Lord.

And you shall no more be called Forsaken; and your land shall no more be called Desert; for you shall be called My Pleasure, and your land Inhabited; for the Lord has taken pleasure in you, and your land shall be inhabited.

The Lord your God is in you; the Mighty One shall save you: He shall bring joy upon you, and shall refresh you with His love; and He shall rejoice over you with delight as in a day of feasting.

Thus they spoke, [those] that feared the Lord, everyone to his neighbor: and the Lord gave heed, and listened, and He wrote a book of remembrance before him for them that feared the Lord and reverenced His name.

And they shall be Mine, says the Lord Almighty, in the day which I appoint for a peculiar possession; and I will make choice of them, as a man makes choice of his son that serves him.

rather [let it be] the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible [attitude] of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious before God.

Behold, the eyes of the Lord are on them that fear Him, those that hope in His mercy;

Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, according as we have hoped in You.

Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, stay sober, put your hope fully in the grace brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one's work, pass the time of your sojourning [here] in fear;
