Incline my heart to Your testimonies, and not to covetousness.

And Sihon king of Heshbon would not allow us to pass by him, because the Lord our God hardened his spirit, and made his heart stubborn, that he might be delivered into your hands, as it is this day.

Yet the Lord God has not given you a heart to know, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, until this day.

that He may turn our hearts toward Him to walk in all His ways, and to keep all His commandments and His ordinances, which He commanded our fathers.

And the Lord said to him, In what way? And he said, I will go forth, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, You shall deceive him; yea, and you shall prevail: go forth, and do so.

Why have You caused us to err, O Lord, from Your way? [And] have hardened our hearts, that we should not fear You? Return for Your servants' sake, for the sake of the tribes of Your inheritance,

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil [one]. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.

Do not be deceived: "Evil associations corrupts good habits."

Therefore "Come out from the midst of them and be separated," says the Lord. "Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you."

And I heard another voice from heaven saying, "Come out of her, my people, lest you participate in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.

And they called them to the sacrifices of their idols; and the people ate of their sacrifices, and worshipped their idols.

If you sit to eat at the table of a prince, consider attentively the things set before you;

desire not his provisions; for these belong to a false life.

Eat not with an envious man, neither desire his meats;

for he will vomit it up, and spoil your fair words.

And the king appointed them a daily portion from the king's table, and from the wine which he drank; and [gave orders] to nourish them three years, and [that] afterwards they should stand before the king.

And the chief of the eunuchs gave them names: to Daniel, Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, Shadrach; and to Mishael, Meshach; and to Azariah, Abed-Nego.

And there came a voice to him, "Arise, Peter; kill and eat."

But Peter said, "By no means, Lord! For never did I eat anything common or unclean."

And if any of the unbelievers invites you to dinner, and you desire to go, eat whatever is set before you, questioning nothing, for conscience' sake.

But if anyone says to you, "This was offered to idols," do not eat it for the sake of the one who told you, and for his conscience' sake; for "The earth is the LORD's, and all its fullness."

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God.
