My soul has longed exceedingly for Your judgments at all times.

Behold, I have desired Your commandments; revive me in Your righteousness.

For the end, [A Psalm] of instruction, for the sons of Korah. As the deer earnestly desires the fountains of water, so my soul earnestly longs for You, O God.

My soul has thirsted for the living God; when shall I come and appear before God?

My heart and my flesh have failed; [but] God [is the strength] of my heart, and God is my portion forever.

My soul longs and faints for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh have exalted in the living God.

I have charged you, O daughters of Jerusalem, by the powers and the virtues of the field: if you should find my kinsman, what are you to say to him? That I am wounded with love.

"I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish [that] you were cold or hot.

Therefore, since you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of My mouth.

And [so] I shall render an answer to them that reproach me; for I have trusted in Your words.

They that fear You will see me and rejoice; for I have hoped in Your words.

Let Your compassions come to me, that I may live; for Your law is my meditation.

You are my helper and my supporter; I have hoped in Your words.
