Despair took hold upon me, because of the sinners who forsake Your law.

And the two sons of Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, took each his censer, and put fire in it, and threw incense on it, and offered strange fire before the Lord, which the Lord did not command them,

And Moses said to Aaron, This is the thing which the Lord spoke, saying, I will be sanctified among them that draw near to Me, and I will be glorified in the whole congregation; and Aaron was pricked [in his heart].

And the men of Beth Shemesh said, Who shall be able to pass before this holy Lord God? And to whom shall the ark of the Lord go up from us?

And David was dispirited because the Lord made a breach upon Uzzah; and that place was called the Breach of Uzzah until this day.

And David feared the Lord in that day, saying, How shall the ark of the Lord come in to me?

the nineteenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Jehezekel,

the twenty-first to Jachin, the twenty-second to Gamul,

And the sons of Mushi [were] Mahli, Eder, and Jerimoth. These [were] the sons of the Levites according to the houses of their families.

Go, inquire of the Lord for me, and for everyone that is left in Israel and Judah, concerning the words of the book that was found; for great is the wrath of the Lord [which] has been kindled amongst us, because our fathers have not hearkened to the words of the Lord, to do according to all the things written in this book.

forasmuch as your heart was ashamed, and you were humbled before Me when you heard My words against this place, and against the inhabitants of it, and you were humbled before Me, and you tore your clothes, and wept before Me; I also have heard, says the Lord.

For all these things are Mine, says the Lord; and to whom will I have respect, but to the humble and meek, and the [man] that trembles [at] My words?

So I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there was no strength left in me, and my glory was turned into corruption, and I retained no strength.

And behold, a hand touched me, and it raised me on my knees.

I watched, and my belly trembled at the sound of the prayer of my lips, and trembling entered into my bones, and my frame was troubled within me; I will rest in the day of affliction, from going up to the people of my sojourning.

So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;

And so fearful was the spectacle, [that] Moses said, "I am greatly afraid and trembling."

Therefore, since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us have grace, through which we serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.

For our God is a consuming fire.

And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as [if] dead. But He put His right hand on me, saying, "Do not fear; I am the First and the Last.

I am He who lives, and became dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Death and of Hades.
