Blessed [be] the Lord God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen.

Blessed is the Lord God of Israel, who alone does wonders.

And blessed is His glorious name forever, even forever and ever; and all the earth shall be filled with His glory. Amen, and Amen.

And King David blessed the Lord before the congregation, saying, Blessed are You, O Lord God of Israel, our Father, from everlasting and to everlasting.

Otherwise, if you bless with the spirit, how will he who occupies the place of the uninformed say "Amen" when you give thanks, since he does not know what you are saying?

Alleluia. Give thanks to the Lord; for He is good; for His mercy [endures] forever.
