He has stretched forth his hand on the sharp [rock], and turned up mountains by the roots;

Therefore will we not fear when the earth is troubled, and the mountains are removed into the depths of the seas.

the earth quaked; yea, the heavens dropped [water] at the presence of the God of Sinai, at the presence of the God of Israel.

[You] mountains, that you skipped like rams, and [you] hills, like lambs?

Who has measured the water in His hand, and the heaven with a span, and all the earth in a handful? Who has weighed the mountains in scales, and the forests in a balance?

the earth stood at His feet and trembled: He beheld, and the nations melted away: the mountains were violently burst through, the everlasting hills melted at His everlasting going forth.

The nations shall see You and be in pain, as You divided the moving waters: the deep uttered her voice, and raised her form on high.

Who are you, O great mountain before Zerubbabel, that you should prosper? Whereas I will bring out the stone of the inheritance, its grace equal to My grace.

So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you should say to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' it will happen.

And though I have [the gift of] prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

Then the sky was split like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island were removed out of their places.

In that day there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell, and seven thousand men were killed. And the rest became fearful and gave glory to the God of heaven.

And these are the names of the men who shall be present with you; of the tribe of Reuben, Elizur the son of Shedeur;

of Simeon, Shelumiel the son of Zuri-shaddai;

And His feet shall stand in that day on the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall be split in two, from east to west, a very great division; half the mountain shall lean to the north, and half of it to the south.

And the valley of My mountains shall be closed up, and the valley of the mountains shall be joined on to Jasod, and shall be blocked up as it was blocked up in the days of the earthquake, in the days of Uzziah king of Judah; and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with Him.

And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth was shaken, and the rocks were split,

And there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful events and great signs from heaven.

And there were lightnings and thunders, and noises; and there was a great earthquake, such as had not occurred since men came into being on the earth, so great an earthquake, so great!

Then every island fled, and the mountains were not found.
