Will the Lord be unjust when He judges; or will He that has made all things pervert justice?

Truly I know it is so, for how shall a mortal man be righteous before the Lord?

What is this that you think is right? Who are you that you have said, I am righteous before the Lord?

[ 40:3] Do not set aside My judgment: and do you think that I have dealt with you in any other way, than that you might appear to be righteous?

Far be it from You to do such at thing, so as to destroy the righteous with the wicked, so the righteous shall be as the wicked: far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

And enter not into judgment with Your servant, for in Your sight shall no [man] living be justified.

The Lord is righteous in all His ways, and holy in all His works.

For there is not a righteous man in the earth who will do good, and not sin.

Righteous are You, O Lord, that I may make my defense to You: yet I will speak to You [of] judgments. Why [is it] that the way of the ungodly prospers? [And] all that deal very treacherously are flourishing?

But according to your hardness and impenitent heart you are storing up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation, and of the righteous judgment of God,

Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar, just as it is written: "That You may be justified in Your words, and You may overcome when You are judged."

Certainly not! For otherwise how shall God judge the world?

But indeed, O man, who are you to [be] answering back against God? Surely the thing formed will not say to him who formed it, "Why did you made me like this?"

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable [are] His judgments and untraceable [are] His ways!

For if I should wash myself with snow, and purge myself with pure hands,

You had thoroughly plunged me in filth, and my garment has abhorred me.

For who shall be pure from uncleanness? Not even one;

For who, being a mortal, [is such] that he shall be blameless? Or [who that is] born of a woman, that he should be just?

For how shall a mortal be just before the Lord? Or who that is born of a woman shall purify himself?

The heart is deep beyond all things, and it constitutes the man, and who can know him?

And He said, "That which comes out of a man, that defiles a man.

thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, arrogance, foolishness.

And the four living beings, each one having six wings apiece, were full of eyes around and within. And they never rest day or night, saying, "Holy, holy, holy, Holy, holy, holy, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, He [w]ho was, and who is, and who is to come!"
