Raise me, and I will speak; then you shall not laugh me to scorn.

Give ear, Job, and hear me: be silent, and I will speak.

If not, listen to me: be silent, and I will teach you.

And I appeal to you, brothers, bear with the word of exhortation, for briefly I wrote to you.

Do you not speak before the Lord, and utter deceit before Him?

Or will you draw back? Nay do, you yourselves be judges.

You are formed out of the clay as I also: we have been formed out of the same substance.

And he shall speak for you to the people, and he shall be your mouth, and you shall be for him in things pertaining to God.

Therefore thus says the Lord: If you will return, then will I restore you, and you shall stand before My face. And if you will bring forth the precious from the worthless, you shall be as My mouth; and they shall return to you; but you shall not return to them.

And you shall speak My words to them, whether they will hear or fear; for they are a provoking house.

Now then, we serve as ambassadors for Christ, as though God were appealing through us: we implore [you] on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.
