For You have written evil things against me, and You have compassed me with the sins of my youth.

My flesh is corrupt under my skin, and my bones are held in my teeth.

Remember not the sins of my youth, nor [my sins] of ignorance; remember me according to Your mercy, for Your goodness' sake, O Lord.

And you repent at last, when the flesh of your body is consumed,

I heard not the voice of him that instructed me, and taught me, neither did I incline my ear.

And they are laid with the giants that fell of old, who went down to Hades with [their] weapons of war: and they laid their swords under their heads, but their iniquities were upon their bones, because they terrified all men during their life.

But they lie down in the dust together, and corruption covers them.

The ungodly shall be driven away in his wickedness, but he who is secure in his own holiness is just.

Her scum shall become shameful, because you defiled yourself; and what if you shall be purged no more until I have accomplished My wrath?

Then Jesus said to them again, "I am going away, and you will seek Me, and will die in your sin. Where I go you cannot come."

Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I AM, you will die in your sins."
