[ 3:7] And the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes to look upon and beautiful to contemplate, and having taken of its fruit she ate, and she gave to her husband also with her, and they ate.

[ 3:13] And Adam said, The woman whom You gave to be with me- she gave me of the tree, and I ate.

And it came to pass in the time of Solomon's old age, that his heart was not perfect with the Lord his God, as [was] the heart of David his father.

And the Lord said to the devil, Have you then observed My servant Job, that there is none like him upon the earth, a harmless, true, blameless, and godly man; abstaining from all evil? And yet he cleaves to innocence, although you have incited [Me] to destroy his substance without cause?

Yet [such a man] says to the Lord, Depart from me; I desire not to know Your ways.

What is the Mighty One, that we should serve Him? And what profit is there that we should approach Him?

While he was yet speaking with them, behold, a messenger came to him. And he said, Behold, this evil [is] of the Lord; why should I wait for the Lord any longer?

You said, He that serves God labors in vain: and what have we gained in that we have kept His ordinances, and in that we have walked as suppliants before the face of the Lord Almighty?

Ah, but put forth Your hand, and touch his bones and his flesh- surely he will curse You to [Your] face!

But put forth Your hand, and touch all that he has, and he will curse You to [Your] face.
