And of the Levites: Shemaiah, son of Hasshub,

And the overseer of the Levites [was] the son of Bani, son of Uzzi, son of Hashabiah, the son of Micha. Of the sons of Asaph the singers [some were] over the house of God,

And the heads of the Levites [were] Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua; and the sons of Kadmiel, and their brothers over against them, were to sing hymns of praise, according to the commandment of David the man of God, course by course.

And Hashabiah, and Jeshaiah, of the sons of Merari, his brothers and his sons, twenty [men].

And I gave charge to twelve of the chiefs of the priests, to Sherebiah, to Hashabiah, and ten of their brothers with them.
