And it shall come to pass when your days have been fulfilled, and you sleep with your fathers, that I will raise up your seed after you, even from your own body, and I will establish his kingdom.

which You have kept toward Your servant David my father; for You have spoken by Your mouth and You have fulfilled it with Your hands, as [it is] this day.

Behold, a son shall be born to you, he shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about; for his name [shall be] Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness to Israel in his days.

He shall build a house to My name; and he shall be a son to Me, and I will be a Father to him; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom in Israel forever.
