And to Shem himself also were children born, the father of all the sons of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder.

And to Eber were born two sons, the name of the one [was] Peleg, because in his days the earth was divided, and the name of his brother [was] Joktan.

And Eber lived one hundred and thirty-four years, and begot Peleg.

And Eber lived two hundred and seventy years after he had begotten Peleg, and begot sons and daughters, and died.

And one shall come forth from the hands of the Cyprians, and shall afflict Asshur, and shall afflict the Hebrews, and they shall perish together.
