And one of them, seeing that he was healed, turned back, glorifying God with a loud voice,

So Jesus answered and said, "Were there not ten cleansed? But where [are] the nine?

And it came to pass, when Elisha heard that the king of Israel had tore his clothes, that he sent to the king of Israel, saying, Why have you torn your clothes? Let Naaman come to me, and let him know that there is a prophet in Israel.

and she said to them, I know that the Lord has given you the land, for the fear of you has fallen upon us.

And when we heard it we were amazed in our heart, and there was no longer any spirit in any of us because of you, for the Lord your God [is] God in heaven above, and on the earth below.

And they said, Your servants have come from a very far country in the name of the Lord your God: for we have heard His name, and all that He did in Egypt,

And they answered Joshua, saying, It was reported to us what the Lord your God commanded His servant Moses, to give you this land, and to destroy us and all that dwelt on it from before you, and we feared very much for our lives because of you, and [therefore] we did this thing.

And the Lord shall deliver you this day into my hand, and I will kill you, and take away your head from off of you, and I will give your limbs and the limbs of the army of the Philistines this day to the birds of the sky, and to the wild beasts of the earth; and all the earth shall know that there is a God in Israel.

And all this assembly shall know that the Lord delivers not by sword or spear, for the battle is the Lord's, and the Lord will deliver you into our hands.

And Elijah cried aloud to the heavens, and said, Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, answer me, O Lord, answer me this day by fire, and let all this people know that You are the Lord, the God of Israel, and I [am] Your servant, and for Your sake I have done these works.

Be My witnesses, and I [too am] a witness, says the Lord God, and My servant whom I have chosen; that you may know, and believe, and understand that I am [He]; before Me there was no other God, and after Me there shall be none.

I am God; and beside Me there is no savior.

Thus says God the King of Israel, and the God of hosts that delivered him; I am the First and I am the Last; beside Me there is no God.

Hide not yourselves, nor go astray; have you not heard from the beginning, and [have] I [not] told you? You are witnesses if there is a God beside Me.

That they that [come] from the east and they that [come] from the west may know that there is no God but Me. I am the Lord God, and there is none beside.

They must certainly be borne, for they cannot ride [of themselves]. Fear them not, for they cannot do any evil, and there is no good in them.

Thus shall you say to them: Let the gods which have not made heaven and earth perish from off the earth, and from under this sky.

O Lord, You are my strength and my help, and my refuge in days of evil. To You the Gentiles shall come from the ends of the earth, and shall say, How worthless [were the] idols [which] our fathers procured for themselves, and there is no help in them.

Therefore behold, I will at this time manifest My hand to them, and will make known to them My power; and they shall know that My name is the Lord.

And the king answered and said to Daniel, Truly your God is a God of gods, and Lord of kings, who reveals mysteries; for you have been able to reveal this mystery.

Therefore I publish a decree: Every people, tribe, [or] language that shall speak reproachfully against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, [and] Abed-Nego shall be destroyed, and their houses shall be plundered, because there is no other God who shall be able to deliver thus.

And at the end of the time, I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted up my eyes to heaven, and my reason returned to me, and I blessed the Most High, and praised Him that lives forever, and gave [Him] glory; for His dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His kingdom [lasts] to all generations.

This decree has been set forth by me in every dominion of my kingdom, that [men must] tremble and fear before the God of Daniel; for He is the living and eternal God, and His kingdom shall not be destroyed, and His dominion is forever.

He helps and delivers, and works signs and wonders in the heaven and on the earth, who has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.

For with the heart one believes [resulting in] righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses, [resulting in] salvation.

Receive my blessings, which I have brought you, because God has had mercy on me, and I have all things; and he urged him, and he took [them].

And now accept this token of goodwill, which your servant has brought to my lord, and you shall give it to the servants that wait on my lord.

Therefore I thought it necessary to urge the brothers, that they should go before [me] to you, and should arrange in advance your generous gift, which you had previously promised, [that] this would be ready, thus as a blessing and not as grudgingly given.
