If the Ethiopian shall change his skin, or the leopardess her spots, then shall you be able to do good, having learned [to do] evil.

and walked in the statutes of the nations which the Lord cast out before the face of the children of Israel, and of the kings of Israel, as many as did [such things],

And they served the idols, of which the Lord said to them, You shall not do this thing [against] the Lord.

Until this day they did according to their manner: they feared [the Lord], and they did according to their customs, and according to their manner, and according to the law, and according to the commandment which the Lord commanded the sons of Jacob, whose name He made Israel.

And there you shall serve other gods, the works of the hands of men, wood and stones, which cannot see, nor can they hear, nor eat, nor smell.
