And as for the pillars, the height of one pillar was thirty-five cubits; and a line of twelve cubits compassed it round; and the thickness of it [all] round was four fingers.

being carved with cherubim, and [there were] palm trees and open flower leaves, and it [was] overlaid with gold gilded upon the engraving.

And he made ten bronze lavers, each laver containing forty baths, [and] measuring four cubits, each laver [placed] on a several base throughout the ten bases.

And its thickness was a handbreadth, and its brim as the brim of a cup, graven with flowers of lilies, holding three thousand measures; and he finished [it].
