And Ahab went up to eat and to drink; and Elijah went up to Carmel, and stooped to the ground, and put his face between his knees,

And He said, Draw no closer! Loose your sandals from off your feet, for the place on which you stand is holy ground.

And He said, I am the God of your father- the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses turned away his face, for he was afraid to gaze at God.

And I will remove My hand, and then shall you see My back parts; but My face shall not appear to you.

And seraphim stood round about Him; each one had six wings; and with two they covered [their] face, and with two they covered [their] feet, and with two they flew.

And I said, Woe is me, for I am pricked to the heart; for being a man, and having unclean lips, I dwell in the midst of a people having unclean lips; and I have seen with my eyes the King, the Lord of hosts.

And he entered there into a cave, and rested there. And behold, the word of the Lord [came] to him, and He said, What are you [doing] here, Elijah?

And the Angel of the Lord said to her, Hagar, Sarai's maid, from where do you come, and where are you going? And she said, I am fleeing from the face of my mistress Sarai.

So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, [son] of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I care for You." He said to him, "Feed My lambs."

He said to him the third time, "Simon, [son] of Jonah, do you care for Me?" Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you care for Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I care for You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.
