And he built Bethlehem, Etam, Tekoa,

And they rose early in the morning and went out to the Wilderness of Tekoa. And as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and cried, and said, Hear me, O Judah, and you inhabitants of Jerusalem; put your trust in the Lord God, and your trust shall be honored; trust in His prophet, and you shall prosper.

And next to them the Tekoites took [their] place; but the Adorim did not put their shoulders to their service.

And after them the Tekoites repaired, another portion opposite the great projecting tower, even as far as the wall of Ophel.

Strengthen yourselves, you children of Benjamin, [to flee] out of the midst of Jerusalem, and sound an alarm with the trumpet in Tekoa, and set up a signal over Beth Haccerem; for evil threatens from the north, and a great destruction is coming.

and wine makes glad the heart of man, to make his face cheerful with oil; and bread strengthens man's heart.

Let your garments be always white; and let not oil be lacking on your head.

But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face,
