And he sent forth a raven; and it went out, and did not return until the water was dried from off the earth.

And the dove, not having found rest for her feet, returned to him into the ark, because the water was upon all the face of the earth, and he stretched out his hand and took her [in], and brought her to himself into the ark.

And I will make your seed like the dust of the earth; if anyone is able to number the dust of the earth, then shall your seed be numbered.

And I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven; and I will give to your seed all this land, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in your seed.

And your seed shall be as the sand of the earth; and it shall spread abroad to the sea, and the south, and the north, and to the east; and in you and in your seed shall all the tribes of the earth be blessed.

And He said to him, I am the God of your fathers; fear not to go down into Egypt, for I will make of you a great nation there.

And the children of Israel increased and multiplied, and became numerous and grew exceedingly strong, and the land multiplied them.

But as they humbled them, by so much they multiplied, and grew exceedingly strong. And the Egyptians greatly abhorred the children of Israel.

With seventy souls your fathers went down into Egypt; but the Lord your God has made you as the stars of heaven in multitude.

and he shall answer and say before the Lord your God, My father abandoned Syria, and went down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a small number, and became there a mighty nation and a great multitude.

And You multiplied their children as the stars of heaven, and brought them into the land of which You spoke to their fathers;

And He increased His people greatly, and made them stronger than their enemies.

And He blesses them, and they multiply exceedingly, and He diminishes not the number of their cattle.

I will make a sign to them, and gather them in; for I will redeem them, and they shall be multiplied according to their number before.
