And after these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram, I [am] your shield. Your reward shall be very great.

And I will establish My covenant between you and your seed after you, to their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be your God, and the God of your seed after you.

And he said, O Lord God of my master Abraham, prosper my way before me today, and deal mercifully with my master Abraham.

And the Lord stood upon it, and said, I am the God of your father Abraham, and the God of Isaac; fear not, the land on which you lie I will give to you and to your seed.

And he said to them, I see the face of your father, that it is not [favorable] toward me as before, but the God of my father was with me.

And He said, I am the God of your father- the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses turned away his face, for he was afraid to gaze at God.

'I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living."

saying, 'I am the God of your fathers--the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.' And Moses was trembling and was not bold enough not look closely.

And sojourn in this land; and I will be with you, and bless you, for I will give to you and to your seed all this land; and I will establish My oath which I swore to your father Abraham.

And I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven; and I will give to your seed all this land, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in your seed.

And I will make your seed like the dust of the earth; if anyone is able to number the dust of the earth, then shall your seed be numbered.

And Abraham returned to his servants, and they arose and went together to the Well of the Oath; and Abraham dwelt at the Well of the Oath.

[A Psalm] of David, before he was anointed. The Lord is my light and my Savior; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the defender of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Though an army should set itself in array against me, my heart shall not be afraid; Though war should rise up against me, in this am I confident.

For the end, for the sons of Korah; A Psalm concerning secret things. God is our refuge and strength, a help in the afflictions that have come heavily upon us.

Therefore will we not fear when the earth is troubled, and the mountains are removed into the depths of the seas.

Behold, my God is my Savior; I will trust in Him, and not be afraid; for the Lord is my glory and my praise, and has become my salvation.

Fear not; for I am with you; wander not; for I am your God, who has strengthened you; and I have helped you, and have established you with My righteous right hand.

For I am your God, who holds your right hand, who says to you,

Behold, I have made you as new saw-shaped threshing wheels of a wagon; and you shall thresh the mountains, and beat the hills to powder, and make [them] as chaff;

And now thus says the Lord God that made you, O Jacob, and formed you, O Israel, Fear not; for I have redeemed you, I have called you [by] your name; you are Mine.

And if you pass through water, I am with you; and the rivers shall not overflow you; and if you go through the fire, you shall not be burned; the flame shall not burn you.

Thus says the Lord God that made you, and He that formed you from the womb; You shall yet be helped; fear not, My servant Jacob; and beloved Israel, whom I have chosen.

Hear Me, you that know judgment, the people in whose heart is My law; fear not the reproach of men, and be not overcome by their contempt.

I, [even] I, am He that comforts you; consider who you are, that you were afraid of mortal man, and of the son of man, who have withered as grass.

Do not fear, little flock, because your Father is well pleased to give to you the kingdom.

so that being confident, we may say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"

And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as [if] dead. But He put His right hand on me, saying, "Do not fear; I am the First and the Last.
