that she said to Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son, for the son of this bondwoman shall not inherit with my son Isaac.

But God said to Abraham, Let it not be distressing before you concerning the child, and concerning the bondwoman; whatever Sarah shall say to you, listen to her voice, for in Isaac shall your seed be called.

And Sarah my master's wife bore one son to my master after he had grown old; and he gave him whatever he had.

You have ascended on high, You have led captivity captive, You have received gifts among men, yea, for [they were] rebellious, that You might dwell among them.

All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one fully knows the Son except the Father, nor does anyone fully know the Father except the Son, and [the one] to whom the Son wills to reveal [Him].

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand.

just as You have given Him authority over all flesh, so that He will give eternal life to all You have given Him.

And if children, then heirs--heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer together, so that we may also be glorified together.

He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up on behalf of us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

nor [are they] all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, "In Isaac your seed shall be called."

For this is the word of promise: "At this time I will come and Sarah shall have a son."

Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours:

And you are of Christ, and Christ is of God.

And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

But we, brothers, like Isaac, are children of promise.

For it pleased [the Father that] in Him all the fullness should dwell,

has in these last days spoken to us by [the] Son, whom He has appointed heir [of] all things, through whom also He made the worlds;
