When Elisha arrived, he went alone into the room and saw the boy lying dead on the bed.

Then he lay down on the boy, placing his mouth, eyes, and hands on the boy's mouth, eyes, and hands. As he lay stretched out over the boy, the boy's body started to get warm.

Elisha called Gehazi and told him to call the boy's mother. When she came in, he said to her, "Here's your son."

Peter put them all out of the room, and knelt down and prayed; then he turned to the body and said, "Tabitha, get up!" She opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

Peter reached over and helped her get up. Then he called all the believers, including the widows, and presented her alive to them.

He went to her, took her by the hand, and helped her up. The fever left her, and she began to wait on them.

He took her by the hand and said to her, "Talitha, koum," which means, "Little girl, I tell you to get up!"

Jesus took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village. After spitting on the man's eyes, Jesus placed his hands on him and asked him, "Can you see anything?"

But Jesus took the boy by the hand and helped him rise, and he stood up.

But Jesus took her by the hand and called out, "Get up, child!"
