Praise the LORD's glorious name; bow down before the Holy One when he appears.

On the day you fight your enemies, your people will volunteer. Like the dew of early morning your young men will come to you on the sacred hills.

Ezra said, "Praise the LORD, the God of our ancestors! He has made the emperor willing to honor in this way the Temple of the LORD in Jerusalem.

Once they were proud of their beautiful jewels, but they used them to make disgusting idols. That is why the LORD has made their wealth repulsive to them.

He will even set up his huge royal tents between the sea and the mountain on which the Temple stands. But he will die, with no one there to help him."

Some of the disciples were talking about the Temple, how beautiful it looked with its fine stones and the gifts offered to God. Jesus said,

"All this you see---the time will come when not a single stone here will be left in its place; every one will be thrown down."

Worship the LORD, all the earth! Honor him, all peoples of the world!

But you, LORD, are feared by all. No one can stand in your presence when you are angry.

Give the LORD your God what you promised him; bring gifts to him, all you nearby nations. God makes everyone fear him;
