Praise the LORD, you strong and mighty angels, who obey his commands, who listen to what he says.

Praise the LORD, all you heavenly powers, you servants of his, who do his will!

In the dawn of that day the stars sang together, and the heavenly beings shouted for joy.

Around him flaming creatures were standing, each of which had six wings. Each creature covered its face with two wings, and its body with two, and used the other two for flying.

The sound of their voices made the foundation of the Temple shake, and the Temple itself became filled with smoke.

Then God's spirit lifted me up, and I heard behind me the loud roar of a voice that said, "Praise the glory of the LORD in heaven above!"

Again I looked, and I heard angels, thousands and millions of them! They stood around the throne, the four living creatures, and the elders,

And I heard every creature in heaven, on earth, in the world below, and in the sea---all living beings in the universe---and they were singing: "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb, be praise and honor, glory and might, forever and ever!"

And so the whole universe was completed.
